I particularly enjoy long bike rides that are scenic and over 400 km long. Whether with an overnight stay or not, I like to remain flexible.

What fascinates me most are the issues that my body and mind "play" with me during such an activity. 
The emotional battles with myself. 
The pains that are made up in my head but are not real. 
Nutritional strategies that support such a long-term strain.
