as the first european woman I reached the summit of Annapurna IV with 7525m. On the climb I injured my knee but kept the focus and kept on climbing, thanks to my mental strength and skills. I am characterized with courage, determination, physical and mental endurance, and resilience.
despite my kidney and lever disease I am convinced that sports are the main role to stay healthy.
