Description
I am Noor Nahian is a wheelchair athlete, sports organizer, poet, and freelance graphic designer. I completed my B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Now, I am studying for Master of Development Studies at BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am involved in social activities and freelancing.
I am the Founder & President of Bangladesh Wheelchair Sports Foundation (BWSF), and Co-founder & Administrative Director of the Wheelchair Cricket Welfare Association (WCWA). I am an All-Rounder Cricketer and Vice-Captain of the Bangladesh Wheelchair Cricket Team under WCWA. Along with that, I am involved with Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Badminton, and Wheelchair Table Tennis.
I received the ‘Joy Bangla Youth Award 2020' on behalf of the Bangladesh Wheelchair Sports Foundation in the ‘Empower in the People with Disabilities’ category.
