Description
My name is Nicolas Mortreux, i am snooker player since 15 years and i always wanted to be professional.
When i was 7 years old i became the youngest player ever to qualify in a french championship and at the age of 12 i became the youngest ever to win a french championship.
I'm in the french team since i am 9 years old and i was selected to play 7x U18 and 10x U21 International Event.
Since 2012, I am follow by one of the best coach in the world PJ Nolan and recently ex professionnal snooker player Yannick Poulain helps me to improve in my game.
2019 was an important year for me, i won my first event with the french team (The International Challenge Cup Junior in Youghal). I also reach the quarter-final of the U18 European Championship in Israel and finish 2nd in the french championship which makes me the second best player of France in the national ranking for the season 2018-2019.
This Year was really good also, I managed to reach the quarter-final in the European U21 Championship and the World U21 Championship. I won this october for a second time in a row the International Challenge Cup Junior in Cookstown. I was selected for the first in the Men category in the European Championship in Albania in June and i finished 17th so i know now i can compete with bests amateur players
